   Proposal Description:
   The project aims to look at neuropathological differences between smokers and  non-smokers. While past work has shown that smoking is robustly associated with  greater rates of cognitive decline and clinical diagnoses of dementia, the  small bit of work that has been done looking post-mortem sees lower rates of  Alzheimer's associated proteinopathies.
